No nonsense.

You register or apply

Through the form, email, or LinkedIn — whatever works for you. The form takes 4-5 minutes and a real consultant reads it personally, not a system.

First conversation

30 minutes by phone or video. We dig into what you're actually looking for, what's realistic in your market, and where you'd genuinely thrive. We'll tell you straight if we can't help.

CV refinement

If we're representing you, we'll suggest edits that matter — the kind that change how hiring managers read your background and experience.

Introductions & interview prep

We introduce you to clients we genuinely believe are a fit, prep you properly for every round, and give you honest feedback after each conversation. We never send your CV without your explicit say-so.

Offer & negotiation

We handle the offer conversation — pay, benefits, start date, notice period, the lot. We're paid by the client, so our incentive is a placement that lasts, not a quick close.

After you start

We stay in touch for the first 12 weeks, then informally for years after. The best candidates we'll place next year are people we placed years ago.

Do I pay anything to register?
No. We're paid by the employer when we place a candidate. Registering, CV review, and conversations are free for candidates.
Will my current employer find out?
Not from us. We never share your CV without your explicit consent for a specific role, and we don't post candidate names publicly.
How long are you likely to take to come back to me?
We aim to reply to every legitimate application within two working days. For senior briefs where we're actively recruiting, the consultant will often call you within 24 hours.
What if you don't have a role that fits right now?
We will tell you honestly, register your details, and be in touch when something does.
I've worked with bad recruiters in the past. What's different here?
Fewer of us, more time per candidate, and the partner who reads your CV is the one who introduces you.
Can I just send my CV without applying for a specific role?
Yes — that's what the register-your-CV form is for. Speculative registrations are an important part of how we work, particularly for senior candidates who aren't actively in market.
