Before I became a recruiter, I sold software. I sat in discovery calls, chased quarterly targets, and learned what it takes to succeed in SaaS sales — from the inside. That experience is why h2 Recruit exists. We’re not generalist recruiters who happen to fill sales roles. We’re specialist SaaS sales recruiters who understand your business, your market, and what “good” looks like in a sales hire. Since co-founding h2 Recruit in 2011, I’ve built a team that has placed hundreds of salespeople into some of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in the UK and US — from SDRs to VP Sales.
